SoccerFans.com offers FREE UPS GROUND SHIPPING on purchases of $200.00 or more with the exception of: Goals / Heavy Equipment, Sale/Close-Out Items, Drop Ship Items (items shipped directly from manufacturer) and Team / Special Orders.
- Free shipping only available within the Continental US. (Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii.)
- We can only ship to "UPS friendly" shipping addresses. We cannot ship to PO BOXES & APO/FPO shipping address.
- We can only ship to billing / shipping addresses within the 50 United States -- we cannot ship orders internationally (outside the U.S.)
- A shipping fee of $10.00 will be added to purchases below $200.00.
- Next day ($40.00,) 2nd day ($27.50) & 3rd day ($20.00) shipping options also available for "UPS friendly" shipping addresses within the continental U.S. for MOST orders.
- Please submit your exact billing address and phone number on file with your credit card company to avoid any delays.
- Once your order / exchange has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking information via email from UPS (QuantumViewNotify@ups.com) -- please adjust spam filter accordingly.
- Please Note: All Drop Ship Items (items shipped directly from manufacturer) are shipped via ground shipping service. Priority shipping service is not available on these items.
Alaska/Hawaii shipping addresses - $30.00 for most orders
Goals/Heavy Equipment/Teamwear - by quote; shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and varies depending on location.
There is no UPS pickup / delivery on weekends, holidays or business days observed by UPS for holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1 business day from Monday thru Friday.
Domestic customers will receive orders within 3 - 7 business days via UPS ground shipping service, depending on geographic location.
Shipping service options can be viewed / selected during step 2 of checkout, prior to credit card submission.
MOST overnight / 2nd day orders submitted BEFORE 1pm ET Monday thru Friday will be shipped the same day -- however, we do not guarantee to ship any order the same day.
If overnight or 2nd day shipping cost is prohibitive due to size/weight of package and/or shipping location, we will attempt to contact you or ship order via next best shipping option to prevent additional delays.
Please specify if order is needed by a specific date in the special instructions area during step 4 of checkout.
All orders (including overnight orders) submitted after 3pm ET Friday will be shipped the next business day, usually Monday, unless a holiday. There is no Saturday delivery available.
We are not responsible for late UPS shipments due to weather, natural disasters or any other unexpected act of God.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is necessary due to an error on our part.
All shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All exchanges / returns are processed in the order in which they were received -- most exchanges / returns are processed in 3 - 5 business days.
All exchanges are shipped via UPS ground shipping service -- the $10.00 exchange shipping cost will be processed to your account.
